TANIZAKI COFFEE VILLAGE (hereinafter referred to as "our shop") has established the following shipping policy to ensure prompt and safe delivery of your ordered products.
Article 1 (Delivery Area)
- We ship to locations within Japan and select international regions.
- For orders outside the delivery area, please contact us in advance.
Article 2 (Delivery Methods and Carriers)
- Products will be delivered primarily via Yamato Home Convenience.
- Users can select a delivery method when placing an order.
Article 3 (Shipping Fees)
Shipping costs are determined based on the following conditions.
- Shipping for up to 2 items is 500 yen for Honshu and Shikoku, 1,000 yen for Hokkaido and Kyushu, and 1,300 yen for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands.
- Shipping for 3 items or more is 600 yen for Honshu and Shikoku, 1,100 yen for Hokkaido and Kyushu, and 1,400 yen for Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands.
- Shipping is free on orders of $5,000 or more.
*Even if the free shipping condition is met, separate shipping fees will be charged for deliveries to the following regions.
Estimated additional shipping fees: Hokkaido/Kyushu +500 yen / Okinawa/remote islands +800 yen - After you place your order, we will inform you of the formal shipping fee based on your region.
Article 4 (Shipping Schedule)
- We will ship your order within 5-7 business days after confirmation.
- For pre-ordered items and made-to-order items, we will inform you of the separate shipping schedule.
- Shipping may be delayed on weekends, holidays, and during year-end/New Year and other long holidays.
Article 5 (Delivery Period)
- Domestic shipping will typically arrive within 5 days of dispatch.
- Delays may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances.
Article 6 (Confirmation of Delivery Status)
- After shipping the product, we will inform the user of the tracking number for delivery confirmation.
- You can check the delivery status on the shipping company's website using the tracking number.
Article 7 (Receipt of Items/Handling of Non-Receipt)
- If you are not present during delivery, please follow the courier's absence notice and arrange for redelivery.
- If the item is not received by the pickup deadline, it may be returned to our store. In this case, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Article 8 (Damage or Loss of Goods)
- If damage or loss is confirmed during shipping, please contact our store immediately.
- Based on the shipping company's regulations, we will process your refund or exchange.
Article 9 (Special Provisions)
- Our store is not responsible for delivery delays caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation delays.
- If you have any special delivery requests, please write them in the remarks section when placing your order, or contact us in advance.
